Credits are consumed when you send messages to the AI coach. The amount depends on:

• Input length - How much you write
• Output length - How much the AI responds
• Model used - Currently Anthropic Claude Haiku 4.5

You can track your credit usage in real-time on your account page.

If your balance reaches zero:

• ✅ You can still access all your plans and journal entries
• ✅ You can still create new plans
• ❌ You cannot send new messages to the AI coach until you purchase more credits

No data is lost - everything is saved and accessible.

No. Credits never expire. Buy them when you need them, use them at your own pace.

Credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, if you experience technical issues or believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@nitwit.se and we'll review your case.

• Current credit balance
• Credit consumption over time (daily, weekly, monthly charts)
• Credit transaction history (purchases and usage)
• Detailed token usage by plan and step

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
